It's not hard to feel a little down come the end of the year for me. It's like the holidays are done and the longest and coldest months are ahead. It always helps me to celebrate our youngest daughter's birthday...this year we have a wedding to attend on New Year's Eve...not my favorite thing. Beautiful post as always my friend, you have a way of making winter's glory show!

What a beautiful message, Carrie - and your photos are simply breath-taking! I am currently spending my first winter in my new mountain home, and we have had quite a bit of snow. It's so peaceful, so lovely...

God's garden of nature is a sight to behold - for it sings of HIS glory!

I just watched your three videos and loved them. The Christmas one really touched my heart this morning.

You live in a beautiful part of the world and I thank you for sharing that.

What a lovely bunch of fun loving ladies in that last video.

Have a great time being south and look forward to chatting with you when you get back.

Thank you everyone for your visits and comments. I am heading to our winter home in the desert in California and won't have regular internet for 3 months. I do have one post scheduled for February and hope to be able to get another blog out in March. Wishing everyone a very blessed season and will be back to visit you in late spring. Hugs Carrie
