Those kind of views are about my favorite in the whole world! It's been so dry here that I wonder what the mountains will be like. I am stunned at how dry and hot it is here. Thanks for the great post my friend!

Awesome photos Carrie, and wonderful words to go along.

[I used to think the blue of those lakes was doctored somehow till I lived out west and saw it myself; photos of mountains make me a bit nostalgic]

Have a wonderful week.

What beautiful pictures, it's nice to be reminded there is still beauty in the world, despite man's determination to destroy it.

Carie, what a stuningly beatiful post!
I have been so busy in past month to get old job done and tranfered while preparing a new position in BC, we are getting closer now.
As you said the experience in arctic is adventurous and become the most unforgetable chaper in my life. when i was in arctic, i was alays dreaming to move to BC as a resident rahter than a tourist to fully enjoy a different bueaty as your blog shows.
also as you saw, i didn't have time on blog either recently and it is time to pick up bit if not fully when i get chances.

enjoy your summer at the fullest, and hugs,

Arcticwolf(maybe need to change as well:)

Dearest Carrie, Thinking of you.. You are so dear to my heart. I love viewing your photos and soaking up every word you write. Such beauty you share from nature and such beauty in the words you write. Its funny you know, when I read "I hope you feel his presence and blessing in your life," I felt tears start to swell up in my eyes. I love God so much, and I feel so bad when I let him down. But I feel his presence and receive his never ending blessings. I added the words on my blog... I'm on my way to Heaven. It's so good to know daily I am heading home. By the way, did I ever tell you the estate I live in is called "The Summit"? I always feel so calm and at peace when I visit here with you. If we ever win Gold Lotto, you know we're on our way to visit you! That is, if you'll have us :) We had a ticket in last week, really don't buy them often, but this was a fifty million dollar draw. Apparently one person won the entire amount. I wonder what they will do with fifty million. If I had that sort of a win fall, I'd love to help out a place here called "Young Care," they provide housing and many other things for people who are young, but have no where to go, usually they are way too young to go into a retirement home. I'd also love to help out people who suffer from MS, and imagine how many people that much money could help. Well, I am having quite a chat here with you {smiles galore here}, and I think I had better head off and get some sleep. Take care. Much love to you always, Kerrie xoxo God bless!
